This energetic leader will oversee the daily operations of our licensed Montessori preschool, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in early childhood education, management, and educational leadership, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative team culture and promoting the school's mission. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of young children's learning experiences while managing administrative excellence. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the preschool Ensure compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing regulations Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff Maintain staffing schedules and classroom ratios Manage enrollment, family communication, and tours Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development Maintain licensing records and required documentation Foster a safe, positive, and high-quality learning environment Work closely with the owners to achieve operational and enrollment goals Skills Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing Director qualifications - Candidates with no Director Certification and experience will not be considered. Extensive experience in education administration with a focus on early childhood . Strong knowledge of Montessori curriculum development and childhood development principles. Proven management skills in supervising school staff, managing budgets as an educational administrator, and leading teams effectively. Expertise in educational compliance, and school legal requirements. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, parent relations, staff meetings, and community engagement. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment Current CPR/First Aid certification.
