Buildin Blocks Daycare is looking for an experienced, hands-on Director to run daily operations and lead our teaching team. You'll be the face of the center for parents and the backbone of consistency for our kids and staff. What You'll Do Oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment Supervise, coach, and support teaching staff across classrooms Develop and guide curriculum planning in partnership with teachers Serve as the primary point of contact for parent communication and concerns Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and health/safety standards Support enrollment, tours, and maintaining the center's reputation in the community Assist with staff scheduling and coverage needs Requirements CDA (Child Development Associate) credential required — no exceptions Prior experience in a lead teacher or assistant director role preferred Strong communication skills — you'll be talking to parents daily Ability to manage and motivate a team Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure

Compensation:

$18-$20/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

40 hrs./ full time
