You'll lead every aspect of the center while building a culture centered on excellence, kindness, accountability, and teamwork. What You'll Do Lead Your Team Coach, mentor, and develop teachers Recruit and hire exceptional team members Build a positive, high-performing culture Recognize and celebrate great work Hold team members accountable with respect and professionalism Support Children & Families Create an outstanding experience for every family Build strong relationships with parents Conduct tours and enroll new families Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism Operate an Exceptional Center Ensure licensing compliance and operational excellence Maintain staffing, classroom ratios, and scheduling Oversee curriculum implementation Monitor enrollment and support center growth Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment We're Looking For Someone Who...
