Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral therapy and working with individuals with autism. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Our position is a hybrid role as the individual is an RBT part of the day and as a teacher in a group setting another part of the day.. This allows for a consistent 40 hour work week.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Utilize behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
Experience:
  • Prior experience in special education, behavioral health, or related field inlcuding ADLS for children.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Ability to follow care plans and treatment protocols
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and their families This position offers valuable experience in the field of behavioral health, working directly with individuals who have autism spectrum disorder.
