Key Responsibilities Guide & Inspire:
Plan and guide engaging daily activities for toddlers and preschoolers, adapting to different learning styles and needs.
Encourage Positive Growth:
Foster a supportive classroom environment using positive guidance and behavior management techniques. Partner with
Families:
Maintain open, friendly communication with parents and guardians to share progress, milestones, and daily highlights.
Ensure Safety & Care:
Keep children safe and well-cared for during indoor learning, outdoor play, meals, and quiet time, maintaining safety protocols and child welfare guidelines.
Track Milestones:
Keep simple records of daily activities, developmental progress, and incident reports as needed.
Collaborate:
Work alongside supportive team members to introduce fun, creative learning practices into the classroom. Qualifications & Requirements No prior experience required! A caring heart, reliable work ethic, and enthusiasm for working with young children are the most important qualities. A positive, encouraging attitude and strong communication skills. Willingness to learn classroom management, child development basics, and health/safety protocols. Ability to complete (or currently hold) First Aid and CPR certification (assistance provided).
