Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through interactive play and guidance Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Administer basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, adhering to health and safety protocols Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education strategies Certification in first aid and CPR (Childhood and Pediatric First Aid preferred) Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and team members Experience in toddler care, infant care, or babysitting is highly valued Understanding of mandated reporting laws and child supervision best practices Demonstrated patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with young children Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to the growth and happiness of children.
