Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Child Care Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children by providing attentive supervision, engaging activities, and a nurturing environment. Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum focused on childhood development and learning milestones Support classroom management by maintaining organized and engaging learning environments Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and needs Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine care for infants and toddlers Follow mandated reporting laws to identify and report any signs of neglect or abuse Participate in ongoing training such as first aid, pediatric CPR, special education strategies, and early childhood education best practices Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings Knowledge of child development instruction and childhood development principles Certification in first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and pediatric first aid preferred Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Classroom experience managing young children's activities and behavior Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and safety protocols in childcare environments Demonstrated patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing young minds! Pay:
