Full Job Description About Us:

Oakwood Academy Schools specializes in private preschool and elementary education within the cities of Long Beach & Bellflower. The staff at OAS is dedicated to providing a safe, efficient, and encouraging environment that helps our students become life-long learners and respectable citizens. We are hiring a Preschool Teacher for our Bellflower campus, Creative Day Academy.

Qualifications:

12+ ECE units including Child Development, Child Family and Community and a curriculum class. Nurturing, friendly, with a positive and professional attitude Punctual with great time-management skills Dedicated and passionate about teaching and caring for students (ages 2-5) Fingerprints, Child Abuse Index, and FBI check submitted and cleared to the Department of Justice and on file with/or reported to the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division prior to employment.
