Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for all children. Observe and document children's developmental progress and share updates with families. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and health and safety procedures. Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum and classroom practices. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
