Reggio Emilia Inspired We are seeking a loving, nurturing, and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our close-knit team and lead one of our classrooms. Our Christian values and educational mission are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a teacher who shares our passion for faith-based, child-centered learning.

Extra caring and patient individual with a deep love for young children Strong background in Reggio Emilia-inspired teaching or a willingness to learn and embrace this approach Ability to integrate Christian values and faith-based learning into the daily curriculum Excellent communication and collaboration skills - we are a tight team that supports one another Positive, professional, and joyful demeanor in the classroom and with families Committed to creating a safe, happy, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners

Qualifications:

Prior experience in early childhood education, specifically with 2-year-olds Knowledge or training in Reggio Emilia philosophy preferred Must meet California licensing requirements for early childhood education CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) We offer a supportive and faith-filled work environment where your passion for teaching and nurturing young hearts and minds is celebrated.
