We are hiring a qualified Preschool Teacher, School-Age Teacher & Infant Teacher for both part-time and full-time positions. We are a faith-based, play-based environment where children learn through nature, gardening, outdoor adventures, and hands-on experiences. We have beautiful, thoughtfully designed classrooms that invite children into engaging learning centers where they develop school readiness skills, express their creativity, build independence, and use their imaginations every day. Responsibilities Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques Communicate with parents and other school personnel Maintaining classrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas to licensing standards Qualifications Units in ECE as required for each position Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in licensing and classroom management Excellent verbal communication and social-emotional skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem-solving and mediation skills Most of all a caring, loving and patient attitude with all age groups
