As an Adventure Guide , you'll help create fun, safe, and tail-wagging experiences for every pet who walks through our doors. From morning zoomies to playtime adventures, you'll be part of the team making sure every dog feels happy, comfortable, cared for, and ready for their next adventure. You'll work alongside an awesome team that believes in helping each other, staying flexible, and treating every pet like they're your own. What You'll Do Every day brings something new!

You'll:

Supervise dogs during play and make sure everyone is having a safe, positive experience Take dogs on walks and keep their tails wagging Follow feeding, medication, and care routines Keep play areas, kennels, and pet spaces clean and comfortable Pay attention to each pet's personality, behavior, and individual needs Help create a fun, welcoming environment for pets and their people Jump in wherever your team needs you — teamwork makes the dream work! This is an active, hands-on job where you'll be moving, playing, cleaning, walking, and interacting with pets throughout your shift. If sitting behind a desk all day isn't your thing, you'll love it here! What We're Looking For If it has paws, you're probably already best friends — big, small, fluffy, goofy, and everything in between You're dependable, energetic, and ready to jump into the action You're comfortable standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and occasionally lifting a very wiggly dog You can stay calm and attentive in a busy, fast-paced environment You're a team player who is willing to help wherever needed You notice the little things that make a big difference in a pet's day Availability Every new hire must be available to work at least ONE weekend day each week. Other than that, the more availability you have, the better! We do not require a specific schedule or set availability beyond having at least one weekend day available. We'll work with you to build a schedule that fits your availability and our team's needs.
