The position requires proven success in operating highest quality early childhood programs, utilizing evidence based child development research and following highest standards and practices. Our highly sought after Emergent Curriculum programs, for children ages 3 months old to Kindergarten entry, are based on child-directed, Reggio inspired and developmentally appropriate practices. This leader will directly oversee multiple classrooms, supporting teachers in developing curriculum, communication with parents, and classroom environments. We seek a collaborative leader who displays a passion for work with young children and a calm demeanor who can connect with children, parents, organizational leadership and the communities they will serve. Our ICRI schools each provide a team environment where teachers devoted to the field can learn and grow. We offer an exceptional salary and benefits package.
