Qualifications & Qualities (Passionate and love to have fun with kids) For Toddler teacher applicants Infant/ Toddler units required Preferred 1-2 years experience in early childcare teaching young children Excellent communication and written skills Team player, positive role model, strong work ethic and take-charge attitude Strong customer service skills with an ability to build strong relationships with parents & co-workers Self-motivated, responsible, driven and works well with minimal supervision Organized good time management skills, Independent, creative, fun-loving and kind

General Responsibilities:

Follow and implement pre- developed lessons plans Maintaining appropriate records Maintaining a clean, healthy, stimulating environment for the children to learn in. Providing proper supervision at all times Maintaining appropriate records Teaching and guiding the children in their classroom Work independently and with other teachers Update parents about their child's progress Communicating necessary information to the child, other teachers, parents, the Director or authorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:

12 units of Early Childhood Education with Infant/Toddler course completed Fingerprint Background Clearance First Aid and CPR certified / Negative TB test and immunization records Positive attitude toward learning, communicating, parents, and children Understanding of educational techniques and methods for teaching young children
