Salary:

Position salary for the 26/27 school year will be based on the 26/27 Licensed Salary Schedule (expected to be released early June 2026). The 25/26 Salary Schedule is linked for reference: view the 25/26 Licensed Salary Schedule Benefits (will be based on 26/27 benefits rates, will be available June 2026) : Benefits included for licensed positions .50 FTE and higher: Health Insurance, life insurance, PERA Retirement, paid time off, extended leave bank, as well as other optional benefit elections. ABOUT THOMPSON SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Thompson School District is the 17th largest school district in Colorado, encompassing 362 square miles and serving approximately 15,000 students.
