Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Child Watch Attendant to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys spending time with children and creating a safe, fun environment while parents enjoy the club. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster learning and development. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to play and learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Manage behavior in a positive manner, using techniques that promote self-regulation and respect. Document any incidents or concerns that arise. Communicate clearly with front desk staff, management, and parents as needed. Follow all club policies and procedures to maintain safety and professionalism. Qualifications Experience working with children in various capacities such as babysitting, nannying, daycare, middle school or preschool settings is preferred. Familiarity with first aid practices is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities is a plus. Strong teaching skills to facilitate learning through play-based activities. Experience in behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among children. A nurturing attitude with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both children and parents. Certification in first aid or CPR is an advantage.
