Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Head Preschool Teacher to lead our preschool classrooms. In this role, you will design and implement enriching curricula, manage classroom activities, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment for young learners. Your leadership will inspire both children and staff to achieve developmental milestones while fostering a love of learning. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Lead classroom activities focused on early intervention, behavior management, and social-emotional growth. Oversee daily classroom management, ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Collaborate with parents and guardians through clear communication about child welfare, progress, and individualized learning strategies. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and childcare staff to promote professional growth and consistent teaching quality. Maintain compliance with childcare regulations, health standards, and early childhood education best practices. Experience Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong background in early childhood education principles such as childhood development, literacy education, and behavior management. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Experience with special education needs, early intervention strategies, and inclusive teaching practices.
