Job Description

Full time with benefits positions must be available for shifts that end at 6:00 p.m.
Must meet DOE qualifications as an ECE teacher.

Overview:

We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Duties:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
Incorporate special education strategies for students with diverse learning needs
Foster a love for learning through engaging activities in math, language arts, science, and social studies
Prepare students for standardized testing as required

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a classroom setting
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
Familiarity with preschool curriculum and teaching methods
Proficiency in classroom management techniques
