Child Development Associate Certification Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 2 year old Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a 2 year old Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them develop essential skills for their future. Duties:
2 year old Preschool Teacher
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
Use various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress
Ensure classroom management techniques are implemented effectively
Provide guidance and support to students as needed
Skills:
2 year old Preschool Teacher
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet educational objectives
Experience working with diverse student populations
Proficient in classroom management techniques
Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
Requirements:
2 year old Preschool Teacher
CDA certification (required)
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (required)
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
