Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
  • Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
  • Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
  • Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of the children
  • Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a positive learning environment
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices
  • Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic math skills for teaching simple concepts to young children
  • Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children
