Responsibilities include planning lessons, supervising children, communicating with families, and documenting developmental progress. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, access ongoing training, and help shape a strong foundation for each child's future in a culture that values diversity and continuous learning. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities Observe and document children's development and milestones Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Collaborate with center staff to maintain licensing and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space Participate in professional development and training Follow Kinder Care policies and state childcare regulations Required Skills Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child development knowledge Parent and family communication Observation and documentation of development Behavior guidance techniques Health, safety, and sanitation practices Lesson planning and activity design Collaboration and teamwork in childcare settings Basic computer and record-keeping skills
