Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Part-time Childcare Teacher and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children! In this energetic role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and social interaction for children in daycare or preschool settings Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and well-being at all times Support children's emotional and behavioral development through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and hygiene to promote independence and comfort Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, needs, and any concerns effectively Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Apply first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents involving children Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience, consistency, and positive discipline techniques Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members Certified in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Familiarity with classroom management tools and caregiving routines for infants through preschoolers Passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a safe learning environment Join us in creating joyful moments of discovery while supporting the growth of our youngest learners! Pay:
