Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills tailored to preschoolers' developmental stages Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Conduct regular assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and provide feedback to parents and guardians Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development, milestones, and any concerns or updates Ensure adherence to mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies to maintain a safe learning environment Plan engaging lessons that incorporate childhood development principles and support early intervention strategies when needed Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or early childhood education settings Demonstrated expertise in curriculum implication, lesson planning, and classroom management technique.
