Clean snd sanitize assigned areas daily. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for every child. Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education best practices. Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing atmosphere. Certification in first aid and CPR to respond confidently in emergencies is a plus. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued.
