Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Childcare Teachers to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will implement engaging lesson plans, foster positive behavior, and support the developmental needs of children across various age groups. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional development. Plan and execute engaging lessons that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Foster a positive classroom environment by managing behavior effectively and encouraging respectful interactions among children. Support toddlers or preschool-aged children with specialized care, including toddler care routines and developmental activities tailored to individual needs. Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations and assessments where applicable, and documentation to inform personalized learning plans. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists in special education to ensure comprehensive support for all students' welfare and educational growth. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with childcare regulations and promotes child welfare. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in classroom settings or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and mental health in youth. Experience working with students requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred; relevant experience may substitute where applicable. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs across different age groups including toddlers and preschoolers.
