Manage classroom activities with effective behavior management and classroom management techniques to ensure a positive experience for all children. Engage in child development instruction by observing and assessing individual progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share updates on children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones. Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services through tailored instructional approaches. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure adherence to health and safety standards such as first aid and CPR certification. Skills Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings, including classroom experience with young learners. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and standardized testing methods relevant to early education. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning. Expertise in behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies that foster a respectful learning.
