Qualifications (DCFS Lead Teacher Requirements) 60 college credit hours with at least 6 in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, OR 30 college credit hours with 6 in Early Childhood Education/Child Development plus 1 year (1,560 hours) in a licensed childcare setting, OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Ready to Apply?
