Skills Extensive experience working with children across various age groups in childcare or preschool settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Proven ability to implement child welfare policies and adhere to mandated reporting laws effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Skilled in behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation. Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, or tutoring young learners is highly desirable.
