Job Description

We're looking for an intrinsically motivated Teacher to join our diverse educators. As a teacher, your role will be to ensure the safety of a group of students; in addition, you will be responsible for cultivating the student's interest and educating them through their development. We are looking for a competent professional who is excited to teach and bring creative ideas to the classroom setting. Potential candidates should have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent cleaning and multitasking skills. Early Childhood Teachers and School age Teachers shall need to be at least 19 years of age, and have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED). Educational Requirements 1. Sixty semester hours (90 quarter hours) of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to childcare and/ or child development, from birth to age six. 2.One year (1560 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed day care center and 30 semester hours for 45 quarter hours of credits from an accredited college or university with six semester of nine quarter hours in courses related directly to childcare and/or child development, from birth to age six: or CDA Certificate.
