Skills Proven experience working with children in early childhood. Classroom management skills combined with the ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment. Skilled in using educational technology for lesson planning, tutoring, assessment administration, and parent engagement. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners for comprehensive student support.
