The Role - Assistant Teachers — Twos & Threes You're the extra set of hands, eyes, and hugs every classroom needs. This is a great fit if this describes you! What you'll do: Support the Lead Teacher in bringing our P.L.A.N. curriculum to life Help build a safe, nurturing space where kids feel secure and loved Jump in wherever needed — floating between classrooms as our thriving school needs Support each child's day-to-day needs with patience and care Bring positive energy to your team, your students, and their families You'll bring: Preschool experience of 1-3 years MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum) A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Good communication skills and a calm, friendly presence Reliability and punctuality you take seriously Where You'll Work Hood College/Frederick — Situated adjacent to the beautiful campus of Hood College.
