Role Overview In this role, you will support classroom teachers, assist the Director with administrative duties and NAEYC criteria, and help foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities

Assist teachers with lesson plan implementation, material preparation, and classroom management.
Provide one-on-one support to children and maintain active supervision during instructional and non-instructional times (recess, lunch).
Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
Support center policies, state regulations, and NAEYC standards in partnership with the Director, staff, and families. Qualifications
Degree in Early Childhood Education (Associate degree or higher preferred).
Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting.
Knowledge of child development principles and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to pass a DHHS background check and meet all state child care requirements.
First Aid/CPR certification preferred. Benefits & Compensation
Pay Range:
$17.00
$22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and education).
