Duties Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and well-being Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Maintain a clean, organized environment that supports children's health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily activities Apply behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and resolve conflicts effectively Follow mandated reporting laws by recognizing signs of neglect or abuse and reporting concerns promptly Assist with basic caregiving tasks such as diapering infants, feeding young children, and supporting developmental milestones Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education best practices Certification in First Aid and CPR is required Experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong child supervision skills combined with the ability to engage children through activity planning for their growth and enjoyment Familiarity with classroom experience or daycare environments enhances your effectiveness in this role Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Ability to adhere to safety protocols, mandated reporting laws, and behavior management strategies Join us as a Child Care Provider where your dedication helps shape bright futures!
