Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities, ensuring their safety at all times Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities focused on childhood development and learning milestones Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that promotes safety and engagement Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns Support children with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs following established safety protocols such as pediatric first aid and CPR Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting incidents or concerns related to child welfare Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to manage classroom behavior and foster positive social interactions among children Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or babysitting settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is desirable; ongoing training will be supported if not already obtained Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for young children Previous nannying or babysitting experience demonstrating responsibility and nurturing skills Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Join us to inspire young minds through compassionate care, engaging activities, and dedicated support.
