Job Summary We are seeking passionate and energetic teachers to join our team at Bella and Friends! We are steadily growing and are in need of staff members for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. 2nd shift hours vary anywhere from 2:00 PM-12:00 AM and 3rd shift hours vary anywhere from 8 PM-6 AM. Duties Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns Lead engaging lessons in early childhood education topics like literacy education, math fundamentals, and physical education (2nd shift) Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of incidents or concerns Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse needs Plan activities that foster creativity, social interaction, and physical activity suitable for young children's developmental stages-if applicable, leads only Maintain current certifications in first aid and CPR to ensure safety at all times Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is essential but not required. Demonstrated classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment Knowledge of childhood development theories, standardized testing methods, and early intervention practices-preferred not required Familiarity with behavior management strategies tailored for young children Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children from diverse backgrounds Previous experience teaching physical education or tutoring in early childhood settings is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in special education or childhood development are advantageous Join us in shaping the future by providing a joyful, safe, and enriching environment where every child can thrive!
