  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team.
In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your expertise will help foster early development milestones, promote positive social interactions, and support families through compassionate communication. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the youngest learners' lives while working within a collaborative and supportive setting. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on infant growth, development, and exploration Provide attentive child supervision, ensuring safety and well-being at all times Engage with infants through play, sensory activities, and early childhood education techniques that promote cognitive and motor skills Maintain accurate records of developmental progress, daily activities, and health updates in compliance with mandated reporting laws Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's milestones, behaviors, and needs Manage classroom routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitions with patience and consistency Apply child care best practices such as first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), pediatric first aid, and emergency response procedures Qualifications Proven experience working with infants in daycare centers or similar childcare settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education strategies Certification in first aid and CPR; pediatric first aid training preferred Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for young children Ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children in a warm and professional manner Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Prior experience in preschool settings or nannying/babysitting for infants is advantageous Effective Lesson Planning Skills Join us to inspire early childhood development through energetic engagement, expert caregiving, and heartfelt dedication.
