Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toddler care and classroom management, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of two-year-olds, fostering their growth in literacy, math, and social skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes early childhood development. Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively while ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Foster communication skills by engaging children in conversations and interactive activities. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development. Collaborate with parents to discuss children's progress and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and standards for daycare settings. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with children, particularly in a preschool or daycare setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with standardized testing practices for early childhood education is a plus. Experience with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is desirable.
