Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Pre-K Kindergarten Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood education journey. Duties Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods where applicable Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among young children Use effective behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and support children's emotional well-being Assess individual child progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and observation to tailor instruction accordingly Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate developmental milestones, behavioral concerns, and progress updates Incorporate early intervention techniques and special education strategies to support children with diverse learning needs Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Pre-K or Kindergarten teacher with appropriate early childhood education credentials Proven experience working with young children in classroom settings, including preschool or daycare environments Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators Experience in working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is preferred Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate physical activity, arts, and play-based learning strategies Join us in shaping the future by providing high-quality early childhood education that fosters growth, curiosity, and confidence.
