Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is appreciated but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment is appreciated.
