We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our childcare team. You'll help children build social, emotional, and developmental skills while partnering with families and fellow educators to provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants and young children while maintaining daily schedules and routines
Assist with feeding, diapering, hygiene, and other daily care needs
Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Develop and encourage age appropriate learning, creativity, and social development
Introduce children to art, music, sensory activities, outdoor play, and other educational experiences
Observe children's developmental progress and communicate with parents and leadership
Monitor children for health, behavioral, and emotional concerns while maintaining a safe learning environment
Prepare children for the next stage of development and school readiness
Partner with parents to support educational and behavioral goals
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
