Angier Baptist Childcare is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic individual to temporarily join our team while one of our teachers is out on maternity leave. This is an 8-week temporary position starting November with the possibility of future substitute hours as needed after the maternity leave coverage ends.

Position Details:

Temporary position - approximately 8 weeks Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Work alongside our childcare team to provide a safe, loving, and structured environment for our children Responsibilities Supervise and interact with children throughout the day Assist with daily classroom routines and activities Help with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and outdoor play as needed Maintain a clean and organized classroom Follow all childcare center policies and state regulations Communicate and work well with other teachers and administration Provide a positive, patient, and nurturing environment for children Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Previous childcare experience required Must be dependable and able to commit to the full 8-week period Must have active qualification letter CPR/First Aid and Early Childhood Education credentials are a plus We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with children, works well as part of a team, and can provide consistency for our classroom while our teacher is on maternity leave. Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
