Duties Provide attentive care to children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and social skills Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages learning and play while adhering to health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns Manage behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health issues Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children with patience and compassion Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, team members, and children Ability to manage behavior constructively while fostering a positive learning environment Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different age groups and developmental stages Join us as a Child Care Provider and help shape the future by providing exceptional care that nurtures growth, curiosity, and confidence in every child!
