Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster language development, social skills, and cognitive growth in a bilingual setting. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in educational activities that promote preschool readiness, early literacy, numeracy, and creative expression. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Follow all safety protocols including pediatric first aid and CPR to ensure a secure environment for children. Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with specialists. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings is A must. Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices. Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is required; ongoing training encouraged. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to manage classroom behavior through positive guidance techniques and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance with child safety regulations. Pay:
$18.00 - $18.50 per hour
