We believe in hands-on learning, individualized support, and fostering a love of discovery. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PreK Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for our students. Requirements Completion of college coursework in Early Childhood Education or currently enrolled in ONLINE Early Childhood Education classes (required) Available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Strong classroom management and communication skills A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Observe and document each child's progress Communicate regularly with families about student development Collaborate with other staff to ensure a positive learning atmosphere
