We are committed to the professional and personal growth of our team members. Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Lead Toddler Infant Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will inspire young learners through engaging lessons, foster positive behavior, and create a nurturing environment that supports early childhood development. Your leadership will ensure a safe, stimulating classroom where children thrive and develop essential skills for their future. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to toddler and infant developmental stages, incorporating literacy, motor skills, social-emotional learning, and early intervention strategies Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement techniques, maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere for all children Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong partnerships Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure consistent quality of care and education Conduct ongoing assessments of child development using standardized testing methods and document progress accurately Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws, health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certification requirements Qualifications Proven experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting, especially with toddlers and infants Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and special education practices Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners Certification in first aid and CPR; familiarity with mandated reporting laws is preferred Experience teaching physical education or implementing Montessori methods is a plus Demonstrated ability to lead a team while maintaining a warm, nurturing environment that supports child welfare Join us as a Lead Toddler Infant Teacher to make a meaningful difference in children's lives by providing exceptional care and inspiring early learners every day!
