Part-Time Childcare Staff - After School Program Zion's After School Program is seeking caring, dependable childcare providers, after-school staff, and teachers' assistants to join our team in supporting elementary-aged children. If you enjoy working with kids, helping them learn, and creating a safe and nurturing environment, this position is a great fit! Schedule Monday-Friday 2:00-6:00 PM Pay Starting at $18.50/hour Responsibilities Supervise and engage elementary-aged children in a safe and positive environment Lead games, arts & crafts, and group activities Provide homework help and academic support Encourage social-emotional development and positive behavior Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming program space Qualifications Previous childcare, teaching, tutoring, or camp experience preferred, but not required Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children Ability to work as part of a team We provide training for the right candidate This role is ideal for college students, education majors, future teachers, retirees, or anyone looking for part-time childcare work that is meaningful and rewarding.
