Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Teachers and Assistants to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children. In this vital role, you will foster early childhood development by designing age-appropriate activities, managing classroom routines, and supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity in our little learners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care activities. Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care as needed. Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively through classroom management techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR; experience with emergency response procedures. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a plus. Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and caregivers.
