Lead Teacher for Preschool Twos Program
Job Description
The Roslyn Cooperative Day School seeks a Head Teacher for a two-year old preschool class at our high quality, non-profit, non-sectarian nursery school.
Position responsibilities include:
- Creating learning opportunities that spark curiosity and a love of learning through a hands-on, play-based approach
- Creating and maintaining a classroom community that encourages the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of each child
- Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of all children
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers, administrators, and parent committees
