Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Classroom experience with curriculum planning, behavior management, and classroom organization. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and early childhood education standards. Ability to create a warm, inclusive environment that supports diverse learning styles and developmental stages. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards of care. Join our team as a Lead Teacher if you are energetic about shaping young minds!
