Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher/Assistant Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Provide care for preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Observe and assess children's development, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports children with disabilities or special needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Qualifications Proven experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is preferred. Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff members. A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children. Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable but not mandatory at the time of hiring. Candidates must have First Aid & CPR certification along with other classes before the school year begins.
